ソニーのGoogle OS「Rachael」が出るそうだ

ソニーエリクソンが11月3日にGoogleAndroid搭載のスマートフォン「Rachael」を出すらしい。

ただ、日本で発売される場合キャリアがどうなるのかが問題ですね。
今のところソフトバンクからは絶対に出ないので、ドコモかAUのどっちかになりますね。

なぜソフトバンクからは出ないかというと、ソフトバンクの傘下にYahoo!Japanがあるので、ライバルとしているGoogleの携帯は出さないでしょう。

Rachaelの構成は以下のとおり

操作：4インチのWVGA（800×480）タッチパネル
カメラ：800万画素カメラ
外部接続：mini USBコネクタ、3.5インチヘッドホン端子など
CPU：1GHzのCPU
プラットフォーム：クァルコムの「QSD8250 Snapdragon」

ちなみに、ソニーエリクソンは日本のソニーと、スウェーデンのメーカー、エリクソンの折半出資の携帯電話メーカーで、日本の企業ではなく英国企業なのです。

I tried SnapIt

A PC that has printscreen include just leave the screen as an image.

It can be used when creating materials.Sometimes I think students used at school during the challenge.

It is the Print Screen, Windows is the case of operation is a little cumbersome.

Approach is in the upper right area of the keyboard and press the button PRINTSCRN or PrtScr and that are stored on the clipboard, then paste in paint processing, and Save.

But takes a long time then fine.

Incidentally, when I went to Stanford,I use Mac. I was surprised that it is easy to use at printscreen!
Mac is Shift + Command +3. it is saved by pressing the entire screen.

SnapItを使ってみた（プリントスクリーン）

パソコンにはプリントスクリーンというのがあり、今見ている画面をそのまま画像として残せるものがあります。
これは資料の作成や、本の作成などに具体例として載せることができて、使う人にとっては欠かせないものです。学校でも課題の時に使う場合もあるかと思います。

そのプリントスクリーンですが、Windowsの場合だとちょっと面倒な操作なのです。
やり方は、キーボードの右上辺りにあるPRINTSCRNやPrtScrというボタンを押すと、クリップボードに保存されて、ペイントで貼り付けて加工し、保存をする。

結構時間がかかったりします。

ちなみに、スタンフォード大学に行ったときにMacを使ったのですが、それが使いやすくて驚きました。
MacだとShift+コマンド+３を押すと画面全体が保存されます。
それ以外にも、Shift+コマンド+４を押すとマウスポインターが十字になって範囲指定することができます。
そして、自動的にデスクトップに保存されるので、見るのも簡単です。

今回紹介するソフトはWindowsでMacと同じ感じにプリントスクリーンできるSnapItというソフトです。

これはシェアウェアなのですが、かなり簡単にプリントスクリーンをすることができます。
操作としては、PRINTSCRNやPrtScrを押すとマウスポインターが十字になって範囲指定することができます。
ここまではMacと同じなのですが、十字になっているときに右クリックすると、画面全体を保存することができます。


また設定で、保存先を自由に変えることができて、すぐにデスクトップに保存したり、またクリップボードに保存するだけにしたりと、変更が可能です。
画像ファイルの種類ですが、JpegやGif、Png、BMPはもちろんのことTiffも選択可能です。

ただ、動画を画像として撮ることはできないので、そこらへんはだめなようですね。

まあ、まだ使いはじめなので意外な機能があったりするかもしれません。

さらに、
「我々の製品は速く、IBMのは遅い」
「我々の製品はコストが安く、IBMのは高い」

と絶対にIBMには勝てるといわんばかりの発言がとまりそうに無いです。

Oracleはこれまでソフトウェアだけで会社を経営してきましたが、これからは完璧にソフトとハードの２つでいくようです。

やはり、ソフトウェア企業はソフトだけでは厳しいようですね。

ソフトウェア世界1位と2位がソフトだけではなくなりましたから。
またネットブックらしきものも出るそうなので、企業以外でも買える可能性が高いですね。

Oracleが設立されて、どうやって成長したかというとIBMを踏み台にしてなりあがってきた。
もともとリレーショナルデータベースは１970年にIBMのサンノゼ研究所で作られたものであるが、まだ実用までは作れていなかった。
その後1976年にSQLを作り出して、技術誌に発表した。
もちろん、この公開された技術をOracleが見逃すわけも無く、いち早く製品化し販売をしたのです。

その後にIBMもDB2を販売したがほとんどシェアが取れなかったとさ。

今回はオラクルが新規参入なので状況が違うのですが、いつも通りの自信たっぷりの言動は変わらないですね。
