I have the opportunity to take the Prius and the Lexus weeks in about one times,Toyota and even use the same fine, there is a difference in ride quality.
Prius is a car that had as one of the most popular hybrid car.
Prius's form is rounded, the car has a fairly spacious.
Toyota's Lexus isluxury car, the Prius is basically a vehicle for the international differences. form is Shape in the of a typical sedan, I'd say it feels a little small compared to the Prius.
And two units that I had to tell the difference about the difference between the ride as they take up.
First, is the key to opening and closing
Prius is like a typical car, and then opened or closed the key and press the key button.
Meanwhile, Lexus is without key, just hold the key to open the door knob handle.
Even without doing evil and who would of course, is by fingerprint identification. Also, when you press the close button is just about closes the handle.
And the seat is adjustable
Prius is like a typical car again, just pull the bar to move under the seat.
However, Lexus has a moving bar right next to the seat can be adjusted by moving it either. Their movements, in a kind of almost like you are riding in the cockpit, we are moving slowly.
The seating position can be stored in three stages.
After the speedometer difference
The Prius uses a digital, number'll change the numbers in detail. But that is hard to look easily will see no change in speed.
Lexus is a normal analog.
The Lexus is being automatically adjusted by the wiper rain conditions. I was surprised it was fine.

レクサスとプリウス
私はレクサスとプリウスに乗る機会が週に1回ぐらいあり、もう何回も乗っているのですが、同じトヨタでも結構使い方や、乗り心地に差がありますね。
プリウスはご存知のとおり、ハイブリッドカーとして今一番人気のある車です。形は丸みを帯びておりますが、車内は結構ゆったりとしたスペースがあります。今買おうとしても納車されるのは来年の半ばぐらいなので半年くらい待たないと乗れない状況です。
そしてレクサスはトヨタの高級車で一般人には買おうにも難しい車で、基本的にはプリウスとは違い海外向けの車らしいです。形は一般的なセダンの形で、プリウスと比べると少し狭いかなと思う感じです。
その2台なのですが、乗っていて手に取るように違いが分かるぐらいの差がありました。
まず、鍵の開け閉めです
プリウスは一般的な車と同じく、キーのボタンを押して鍵を閉めたりあけたりします。
一方で、レクサスはキーは使わず、ドアノブの取っ手を握るだけで鍵が開きます。もちろん誰がやってもあくはずも無く、指紋認証によるものです。また、閉めるときは取っ手についてあるボタンを押すだけで閉まります。
そして、細かいところで座席の調節です
プリウスはまたも一般的な車と同じく、座席の下にあるバーを引いて動かすだけです。
しかしながら、レクサスは座席の隣に左右に動くバーがあり、それをどちらかに動かすことによって調節できます。その動き方は、さながらコクピットに乗っているかのような感じで、ゆっくりと動いていきます。
また、座席のポジションを3段階に保存することができます。バーの上に1、2、3のボタンとsetのボタンがあり、ちょうどいい位置に動かした後、setを押して番号を押すことで位置がその番号に保存されます。
なので、体型の大きい人が乗った後でも、自動的に自分の位置に戻すことができるのです。
あとは、スピードメーターの違いですね
プリウスはデジタルを採用しており、数字が事細かに変化していきます。ただ、見難いということは無く見えやすいスピードで変化していきます。
レクサスは、普通にアナログです。
これは個人差があるのでどちらがいいのかは人それぞれですね。
また、レクサスはワイパーが雨の状況によって自動的に調節されるのです。これは結構驚きましたね。
運転手が何もしてないのにワイパーの動きが変わっていたので、あれ？と思いましたね。
やはり、当たり前ですが金額的に見てもレクサスのほうが高級感あふれる仕様になっていますね。
最近では、レクサスにもハイブリッドの車が追加されており、金額も少しは下がっていました。
これを気に買い換える人も出てくるのでしょうか。

TOYOTA's Management philosophy

Toyota thinks that it is always the car which is the worst in the world.And find problems, and toyota is improved and makes a better car.This is humility as perfect. Foundation was the management philosophy that did not change from the first, and this suffered from the car maker of world No. 1 by thinking so.
There may become few companies to think about in this way now.Rather a lot of companies disparaging a competitor are seen.The anti-MS company may become so it.

TOYOTAの理念
この前、といってもだいぶ前なのですが、TOYOTAの部長級の人が新車を購入するニュースがありました。
そこで、よく話す大学の教授に何気なく「TOYOTAの社員はTOYOTAの車を性能の良い車と思っているのですかね。」と言ったところ、2人の教授から「それはTOYOTAの理念に反する。まずありえない」と返ってきた。
別に怖い教授じゃないですよ。
TOYOTAは常に世界で一番悪い車であると考えている。そして問題点を見つけ改善していき、より良い車を作っていく。これは完璧なほどの謙虚さである。これは創立当初から変わらない理念であり、そう考えることによって世界No.1の車メーカーになったのである。
こう考える会社は今では少なくなってきているのではないか。むしろ同業他社をけなしている会社も多く見受けられる。
まあ、反MS企業はそうなるかもしれない。
しかしながら、謙虚さというのはどこにいても重要ではないだろうか。シリコンバレーの企業でもヒューレットパッカードは、おそらく一番謙虚ではないだろうか。特にインパクトのある製品を作ったり、サービスを展開しているわけでもないが、世界No.1のIT企業になっている。これは人間を尊重して接するという、当たり前のことを当たり前にやった結果がそうなったのではないであろうか。
そうした、口では言えるけれども実際にはなかなか出来ないこと、というのは企業の中で変えられないものになってくるのでしょう。
